Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. During checkout, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.

All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard.

We ask customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, credit-card information, and E-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order.

We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law.

We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.

How will I be charged?

All payments are made using Secure Sockets Layer protocol(SSL). Your credit card will be charged to Live Sockets Entertainment.

How is my order shipped and when will it be sent to me?

Orders are generally shipped out within 3-5 business days from the time that you place your order. Orders that require additional credit card verification may take longer.

Depending on what your order consists of you may receive multiple packages per order. You WILL NOT be charged for these multiple shipments. There is only one shipping charge per order.

Do you accept money order?

Yes, we take money order. Please send your order request along with payment to:

Do you accept International orders?

Yes, for orders outside USA and Canada you can now checkout through our shopping cart but MUST choose Paypal as a payment method, as that is the only form of payment we accept for International orders. If additional shipping costs are required on our part we will contact you for additional payment.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, we will notify you via email with a tracking/confirmation number when your order has been shipped. We will also contact you if there are any problems with your order.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes, please call to schedule a pickup so we can have your order ready and someone will be ready to assist you.

Return Policy

We will ONLY accept returns for defective merchandise. We do NOT accept returns that you don't like or is the wrong size, unless defective.

All defective merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and sent to
